Terms for the ShinrAI Enterprise Service and usage-bound offline packages.

Business customers and contract

The provider is Innovius UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Elbestraße 1A, 14513 Teltow, Germany. This offer is exclusively for businesses under section 14 of the German Civil Code, legal persons under public law and special funds under public law. By ordering, you confirm your authority to act for such a customer.

The offer selected at checkout, these terms and, for cloud processing of personal content, the following agreement apply: Data processing agreement. You see the price and payment terms before ordering. After successful purchase verification, the ordered capacity is provided in Dashboard. If confirmation is delayed, the order remains visible and is reconciled again.

Service scope

ShinrAI detects personal information in text and can replace it with consistent placeholders or substitute values. Documentation and the specific release scope describe supported models, categories, languages, interfaces and limits. Model predictions may be incorrect or incomplete. Customers review results for their intended purpose. API compatibility covers only expressly documented and released functions; identical predictions from another provider are not guaranteed.

No contractual minimum availability or fixed support response time is promised during initial operation. Statutory rights remain unaffected. Email support is available at info@innovius.ai and through the contact form. Phone support is not enabled yet. Implementation partner services require a separate agreement.

Usage units

One base unit covers each started 1,000 Unicode code points per document, with a minimum of one. Each base unit consumes 0.5 records for Batch, 1 for Standard and 1.6 for Real-Time. Internally, counting uses integer tenths. Successfully processed requests consume capacity; failed processing is not billed as successful use. Available monthly capacity is used first, then pack capacity. After exhaustion, further inference requires sufficient capacity.

Subscriptions and changes

Monthly subscriptions renew for one billing period at a time until cancelled. Unused monthly capacity does not roll over. An upgrade takes effect only after successful payment, with proration, a new billing start and the full new monthly capacity. Failed upgrade payment does not replace existing entitlement. Downgrades and cancellation take effect at the current period’s end. Dashboard previews the upcoming change; Stripe manages invoices, payment methods and cancellation.

Packs and offline licenses

New cloud packs have no expiry date and are bound to the customer account. Offline packs also have no expiry and are intended for one installation. Cloud and offline capacity are separate products. After purchase, a signed activation binds an offline pack to the installation’s public key. Additional packs raise its cumulative usage limit.

Keep the local installation identity and consumption data. Replacement or loss requires support clarification; already bound capacity cannot independently be moved to another installation. Copying or resetting an installation to reuse the same capacity is prohibited. Software alone cannot fully prevent such administrator actions. Included licenses and notices for individual software and model components remain applicable; the package is not covered by a blanket open-source license.

Payment, invoices and refunds

The offer page lists net prices. Stripe calculates applicable taxes using your company details and provides invoices for purchases and renewals. Supply accurate billing and company data and keep them up to date in the customer portal. Every confirmed purchase or renewal invoice is provided by email.

Statutory refund and defect rights remain unaffected. A full refund revokes unused capacity from the original purchase while preserving usage history. A license already imported offline cannot be remotely blocked without contacting the installation. Refunds of activated offline packages are therefore handled with the customer.

Security and privacy

Keep API keys and login links confidential and revoke compromised keys in Dashboard. You remain responsible for submitted content’s lawfulness, your legal bases and review of results. Process only content you are authorized to process. Documented deletion periods apply to cloud processing; your submitted content is not used to train the product.

Legal framework

Statutory rules apply to defects, liability and other legal claims. German law applies; mandatory applicable laws remain unaffected. Individual agreements take precedence over these terms.
