Prices in EUR before applicable tax. Stripe calculates the final business tax treatment.

Managed and offline packs have the same sizes and prices, no expiry, and separate balances. Starter and 5M packs offer Standard/Batch; larger plans/packs also allow Real-Time. Upgrades apply after payment with a new billing cycle and full new allowance; downgrades and cancellation apply at period end.

Optional services: two-hour remote onboarding €490; training day €1.900 for up to eight people; workshop day €1.900 for up to eight people. These are one-time charges, delivered by certified partners on an arranged date. Onboarding reviews one integration; custom development, installation and travel are scoped separately. Onboarding is optional for every offer. It is suggested initially for Team, Business, Platform, packs from 25M and offline deployments, and can be removed before paying. Top-ups and services appear on the first payment, not monthly renewals.
